Lic. Miguel Valdés García

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México. Served as Legal Chief of CONCANACO, during this time he was an active member of the specialized department of Tax Law of this same Confederation.

He served as an Associate Attorney in the Tax Litigation Department of the law firm Martínez, Romero y Domínguez, S.C. He has been speaker in several conferences and courses in the fields of fiscal, procedural, and social security related matters. In 1982, 1983, and 1984 he completed and received specialty certifications in Tax Law, Corporate Law and Amparo from the Universidad Panamericana. He was coordinator and speaker on tax issues at the National Taxpayers Conference. He is member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C. (Mexican Bar Association); he was also a founding partner of the law firm Martínez, Valdés y Sardina, S.C.

 

Lic. Eduardo Morán Álvarez

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universidad Panamericana, where he received his Law degree in 2003. In 2003 and 2004 he completed and received the specialty certifications in "Institutions of Commercial Law" and "Tax Law", respectively, from the Universidad Panamericana Law School. He is member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C. (Mexican Bar Association); he was also an Associate Attorney of the law firm Martínez, Valdés y Sardina, S.C.

Mr. Morán is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Law at the Universidad Panamericana Law School.

 

 

Lic. Alejandra Sánchez Arenas

Alejandra Sánchez joined Valdés & Morán, S.C. in 2016. She is specialist in Company Law by the Pan American University where he obtained the respective title in 2012, attended the diploma course in "Corporate Law" and a course of "Company and its Fiscal Effects" both at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo (ITAM), obtaining the corresponding certificates in the years 2013 and 2016, respectively. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous Popular University of Puebla, (UPAEP) where she obtained a degree in 2009.

As legal counsel for the corporate area in Notaria 202 of the Federal District, as well as in the company Trans Union de México SA SIC, she specialized in corporate and financial issues.

She is a member of the Mexican Bar Association of Lawyers, A.C. Currently, Alejandra Sánchez has focused her professional development in the area of corporate law.

 

Lic. Aimée de Guadalupe Martínez Andueza

Aimée Martínez joined Valdés & Morán, S.C. in 2016 graduated from Anahuac University (Campus Mayab), where she obtained a degree in 2016, graduated with honorary mention.

Since her entry into Valdés & Morán, S.C., Aimée Martínez has focused her practice in the tax and administrative field, she has also actively participated in the resolution of migratory and intellectual property issues.
